Our fees are based on the scope of the project and the defined needs of the client. DCS Associates’ major interest is in creating a plan to solve immediate client issues and, if desired, developing an intermediate to long-term relationship with our clients to assist in achieving not only immediate but evolving goals.
We understand that there exists a need for financial flexibility when hiring a consultant; we offer a fee structure which can be hourly, weekly, monthly, or project-based. DCS Associates is also prepared to enter into intermediate to long term management contracts.
There is no deviation from the agreed upon Project Scope and Fees without Client / Consultant agreement and sign-off in advance of the work starting.
We invoice on a project, segment of project or every two week basis; all fully documented by consultant and based on the client / consultant agreement.
